I/ CANCEL BY GUESTS

Once your booking is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason you cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

1/ For bookings under 10 people: 

• More than 5 days prior to trip departure: Fully - refund
• 3 - 5 days before departure: You will be charged 50% of total tour price
• Under 3 days before departure: Non - refundable

2/ For bookings up to 10 people: 

• More than 10 days prior to trip departure: Fully - refund
• 7 - 10 days before departure: You will be charged 50% of total tour price
• Under 7 days before departure: Non - refundable

II/  CANCEL BY GLORY EXPERIENCES

In the event Glory Experiences cancel a trip, for any reason, we will contact you immediately and offer you the alternatives or all money for services described in the reserved itinerary will be refunded in full. Such alternatives require a close cooperation and harmony between both you and Glory Experiences, we are happy to listen and do all our best to give you the fairest things possible.

In the event of such a cancellation, any guests with pre-paid reservations or guaranteed confirmations shall be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of any payments on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, domestic air flights, car rental or tours will be given. The transaction fee will be charged to Glory Experiences.

Glory Experiences is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the client or for non-refundable air tickets, equipment, medical costs, etc.

Glory Experiences reserves the right to cancel any trip package, itinerary or any part of a guests’s itinerary due to directly or indirectly by the acts of God, detention, annoyance, machinery breakdown, quarantine, bad weather, or causes beyond its control.

7/ What to expect at Hang Mua Caves?

Follow the path right down to the end and you will reach the foot of the mountain. There is a path leading to the left and one path leading straight up the mountainside.

Take the path to the left if you want to check out the cave itself, otherwise, you can head straight up the mountain to the Hang Mua viewpoint. The hike only takes around 15 minutes from bottom to top depending on your fitness level. There are around 500 stairs in total that ascend very steeply up the mountainside.

At the halfway point, you will come to a fork in the trail, the path to the right leads to one of the pagodas on a narrow rocky outcrop and the path to the left leads to the Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva statue on dragon mountain.
